Born on 8th August, 1983. Real name is Uriel Atta-Kojo Ankrah, he was born and raised in Ghana, Labadi, a suburb of Accra to a Ga father Mr Frank Ankrah and to an Akan mother Madam Gladys Amoakoah. He entered into music taking Reggae/Caribbean genre to promote Ghanaian culture to the diaspora and the world beyond. His flare and passion to music is prolific. He was raised in the slums of Ghana, a suburb called labadi. He started his basic education at Martin Luther King International School in 1993 to 1995. Proceeded to La Enobal 2 JHS basic certificate examination in 1998 where he futhered to his second cycle institution at Anfoega Senior High School. He took teaching as a profession hence attaining his first Diploma in. Basic Education at Peki College of Education and his first Degree with Cape Coast University. Later he had his Second Degree with Presbyterian University at Abetifi in Accounting and Finance.
Uriel Atta-Kojo Ankrah is an opened person, a Philanthropist, an Educator, an Entertainer and a passionate musician. His music journey was influenced by Ghanaian Reggae Dancehall Artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah with stage name SHATTA WALE when they met at secondary school in 2004. 2tings worked with different groups such as FLASH B BWOYS ENTERTAINMENT, SPARTANS CLAN, GIS, RAP MANIACS, GLORIOUS ECHOES, PRAISES DYNAMICS, and later went solo taking the stage name 2TINGS.
